Community Solutions, which offers help in mental health, substance abuse, sexual assault, homelessness and other issues is teaming up with Extreme Wireless in asking residents to donate their little-used and otherwise-forgotton cell phones.

Money raised from the cell phone drive will aid women and children who seek refuge at the nonprofit’s La Isla Pacifica shelter, according to a Community Solutions press release.

Residents can donate their cell phones at the following locations:

  • MORGAN HILL: Community Solutions,16264 Church St., Ste. 103; Extreme Wireless, 624 Tennant Station

  • GILROY: Community Solutions, 6980 Chestnut St.; Extreme Wireless, 1150 First St.

  • HOLLISTER: Extreme Wireless, 101 McCray St.
