A Morgan Hill native, William Ruge, hadn’t cut his hair for four
year – since former President George W. Bush was re-elected. On
Tuesday, however, as new President Barack Obama took the oath of
office, his long scraggly ponytail was hacked off outside a bar in
Gilroy.
