Applications can be obtained by e-mailing: Pa********@*****er.net, or calling 782-6409 or downloading the forms from the Foundation’s website: www.morganhillcommunityfoundation.org . They can also be picked up at Booksmart or the Recreation Dept. at the Morgan Hill Community & Cultural Center.
