Food, Housing, Shops: A use permit for what’s rumored to be a new Vietnamese restaurant at Harvest Plaza, located at Dunne and Murphy avenues, occupying 2,000 square feet will be considered. Also, a development agreement for a new building with 30 residential units and 11,200 square feet of ground-floor commercial space at the northwest corner of Monterey Road and Bisceglia Avenue will be considered.
