Marianne J. Newquist, 91, died peacefully April 23, 2003, in
Chico. Marianne had lived in Morgan Hill for 11 years prior to
moving to Chico two years ago.
Marianne J. Newquist, 91, died peacefully April 23, 2003, in Chico. Marianne had lived in Morgan Hill for 11 years prior to moving to Chico two years ago.
Marianne was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She is survived by her son Gary; daughter-in-law Mary; and three grandchildren, David and his wife Yvette, Diane and her husband Chris Needles and Danny and his wife Tracy. She also was proud of her six great grandchildren; Mitchell, Shawna, Grant, Austin, Blake, and Jordyn.
A memorial service is set for noon Saturday, May 10, at Advent Lutheran Church, 16870 Murphy Ave.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any contributions be made to Young At Heart Project, 274 Sheldon, Santa Cruz, CA 95060 or Advent Lutheran Church of Morgan Hill.
