Manuel Richard Reyes died Dec. 18, 2004, at his home in Santa
Rosa, surrounded by his family and friends. Manny enjoyed wood
carving, mentoring, practicing spirituality and most of all
spending time with friends and family. He was was involved for 36
years in the 12-step community.
Manuel Richard Reyes died Dec. 18, 2004, at his home in Santa Rosa, surrounded by his family and friends. Manny enjoyed wood carving, mentoring, practicing spirituality and most of all spending time with friends and family. He was was involved for 36 years in the 12-step community.

He is survived by his beloved wife Janine; 7-year-old daughter Grace; son Robert Harris and his wife Juliette; stepson Jason Thomas; grandchildren Jackie Cooper, Robyn and Carly Harris; brothers Robert Reyes of Washington and George Reyes of Kentucky; aunts Frances P. Lugo of Gilroy, Ida Velasquez of Bend, Oregon, and Margaret Gutierrez of Hollister; uncles Manuel Padilla of Aptos, Lee Padilla of Madera and Joe Serrato of Madera.

He was preceded in death by his parents Richard Reyes Sr. and Connie Reyes; sister Esther Morris; and brother Richard Clifford Reyes.

Services have been held.

Arrangements were by Habing Family Funeral Home, Gilroy.
