Morgan Hill – A middle school student told police on Friday that she had been molested by her stepfather two years ago when the family was living in another city, according to Morgan Hill police Cmdr. David Swing.

The girl was 11 at the time of the incidents, Swing said, when the stepfather made her masturbate him several times. She also told police he made her brother do the same thing.

Morgan Hill police Det. Kevin Beilman interviewed the girl and her brother and conducted a full investigation, Swing said. The stepfather was arrested Friday night and was booked into Santa Clara County Jail. He will be arraigned in the county where the family was living at the time of the incidents, Swing said.
