Letter: Newspapers offer a vital connection

I was pleased to receive your message about your newspapers’ successful fundraising campaign. The local newspapers—Gilroy Dispatch, Morgan Hill Times and Hollister Free Lance—are a vital connection that members of the community can rely on for information that does not come from other sources of media. 

I will, as I have in the past since we moved to Gilroy in 1978, and later moved to Hollister, support and contribute to your important newspapers.
