Dear Editor,
I would like to let Frank Dutra know that I stand with him on the issue of being able to have his pet goats remain on his seven-acre parcel in the story in Saturday’s edition.
Goats don’t bark and they keep the weeds down. The “good” neighbors around him enjoy them. Why do they, the city, bend to the “squeeky wheel” when the other threee wheels seem to be just fine?
It seems to me that Mr. Dutra has tried to be considerate by removing all but the goats. Why make his life miserable for the sake of a few selfish individuals. Let his keep his goats on his property.
