SAN JOSE — The Lady Bulldogs’ search for their first win resumed Wednesday with a 3-0 loss to Leigh.
The host Longhorns scored once in the first half and twice in the second, securing their first victory in Blossom Valley Athletic League-Mount Hamilton Division play. They improved to 2-2 overall (1-1 BVAL).
Sobrato (0-6-3, 0-3-1) received shots from Rachel Bakin, Marissa Benjamin, Kayla Nishimatsu and Melina Silva, plus 17 saves from goalkeeper Maggie Cropp.
