Kevin John Arata died Aug. 16, 2004, in Gaeta, Italy, while
serving his country in the U.S. Navy. He died of natural causes at
the age of 23.

He was born Jan. 12, 1981, in San Jose and graduated from Live Oak High in 1999.
Kevin is survived by his wife, Tina Lorrayne Arata; son Kevin Kyle Arata; parents, John and Susanne Arata; sister Christine Arata; grandparents William H. Brown and Eugene and Lucille Arata; mother-in-law Gina June Hagen; and sister-in-law Gina Martinez.
He was preceded in death by his son Trystan Michael Arata; and grandmother Mary Margaret Brown.
Visitation begins at 9am with services immediately following at 10:30am Friday, Aug. 27, at Johnson Funeral Home.
Friends and family are invited to gather and join in a celebration of Kevin’s life at the Morgan Hill Cultural and Community Center, 17000 Monterey St., immediately following the services.
