The Intero Foundation, the charitable arm of Intero Real Estate Services, announced today that the company raised more than $48,000 at its annual charity golf tournament held in June, bringing the total amount of funds raised by Intero for nonprofit and charitable organizations to more than $800,000 since the Intero Foundation’s founding in 2003.
The Intero Foundation gives to smaller, local organizations where its donations will have a significant, long term and positive impact. Most of the nonprofits with which the Intero Foundation partners are based in the Bay Area and focus on education, development and assistance for youth.
