Icy Takeover

Frozen beads of sprinkled water and icicles hang from newly planted evergreen trees and landscape shrubs, a common sight in South County during the recent cold snap. Rain clouds formed a blanket of sorts Tuesday night and kept the temperatures slightly warmer for Wednesday morning.
