Former Morgan Hill Community Development Director David Bischoff will fill four shoes next month when he replaces Community Development Director Wendie Rooney and retired Planning Manager Bill Faus, who earned $146,280 a year not including benefits and whom the city council will honor Monday for his 26 years of service.
Rooney, who earned $172,373 a year not including benefits, will leave Mar. 6 to become Los Gatos’ Community Development Director, but before that she will train Bischoff as the city’s part-time planning manager.
