Five Guys Burgers and Fries is coming to Morgan Hill. The fast-growing Virginia-based burger chain has leased 2,800 square feet in the former D’Vine Jazz and Wine location at Madrone Village Shopping Center, and signed a 10-year lease, according to Assistant City Manager Leslie Little
Five Guys has more than 1,000 eateries nationwide, including four restaurants in San Jose and one in Fremont.
Madrone Village, located across Madrone Parkway from a Courtyard by Marriott hotel, has developed a strong food theme in its tenant mix. It also includes Chipotle, Peet’s Coffee & Tea and Erik’s DeliCafe. In-N-Out Burger is nearby, just to the east.
