Remember this quote,
“The golf ball only goes where the club face tells it to go.”
That’s it! To achieve this goal, you must feel where the club head
feel is throughout the swing. Lack of club head feel is caused by
tight grip pressure and too much tension in the wrists, arms, and
shoulders, resulting in lack of c
lub speed and squaring the club at impact.

Try this drill. Turn the club upside down, holding the shaft lightly just above the club head, then make eight to 10 smooth swings. Turn the club back over, making sure your fingers are secure — not too tight — and your wrists, arms and shoulders are relaxed. Take some normal swings and this will give you instant feedback on where the club head is throughout the swing.
