Maureen Drewniany, CMH, a Morgan Hill hypnotherapist, is offering a 4-week workshop for stress reduction for women on Wednesdays, Aug. 3, 10, 17 and 24, from 9:30 to 10:30 am or 7:30 to 8:30pm, at the Counseling and Wellness Center, 605 Tennant Ave. Suite I, Morgan Hill.
Cost is $100 for the entire 4-week workshop and includes a CD to use at home.
