Golf Swing Is Front Wheel Drive

Many people struggle with the golf swing due to the fact that they are pushers rather than pullers. That means for right handers we have a tendency to push the club through with a strong right arm rather than pull it through with the left.

The entire left side must be used to have a successful swing. Using your left shoulder to pull the left arm into the hitting area.

Let your left hip to slide to the target thus dropping your arms into the correct position to hit a good shot. When you set up to hit a ball, check yourself and feel if you have tension in your right arm. If you do, then you are probably approaching the swing the wrong way.

Practice swinging using only your left arm and try to keep it as straight as possible. Bending your left arm will lead to a very inconsistent swing. Though you might not be successful using just one arm at first, this will build the strength in your left side and establish the correct motion and muscle memory for future success.
