An idea for doctor-owned medical office condominiums in the Morgan Hill Business Ranch will take a first big step Monday, April 12 when Venture Corporation delivers plans to the city. They had been expected to arrive on Friday, April 2.
Commercial real estate developer Robert Eves, Venture Corp.’s president, said Monday that the week’s delay was caused by a vacationing head of planning and development and because the city’s planning department asked his architects for several more items than originally expected.
