I am concerned with the type of housing that is proposed for the vacant lot on Calle Sueno and Watsonville Road.
I would not recommend this site to house 12 units in the limited area. A more feasible number should be between six to eight units – maximum. I am also concerned with the term “teacher housing” that the project coordinators are throwing around. It seems as if the term “teacher housing” is a golden term used to manipulate the public’s opinion on a project.
I would also encourage the planners to req uire a plan that would be viewed more favorably by both the homeowners and project coordinators alike.
