Enjoy live music and dancing, while helping local children in need enjoy the holidays, Saturday at the sixth annual Christmas Barn Dance BBQ Benefit. Four bands will perform in the heated barn at The Franklin Ranch in Gilroy from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Admission to the event is a donation of an unwrapped new toy, which will be donated to the U.S. Marines Toys For Tots drive. Food including barbecued tri-tip, salad, beans and bread will be provided, and attendees are encouraged to bring a side dish. The event is sponsored by MusicMedics and ECV.The Franklin Ranch is at 170 Rucker Avenue in Gilroy.For more information call (408) 930-7945, or e-mail [email protected].
