amongst Hispanic residents.
Community Solutions will intensify its educational campaigns aimed at raising awareness regarding domestic violence issues amongst Hispanic residents.
Community Solutions will launch Domestic Violence Awareness Month 2003 with a bilingual press conference on Tuesday, Oct. 7, at the El Toro Conference Room in the Community Center, 17000 Monterey Road. The panel will include a domestic violence survivor, law enforcement officials, domestic violence advocates and Community Solutions representatives.
Strategies to combat domestikc violence will be discussed at 11 a.m. and organizers, as well as panel members will be available for interviews. Press kits will be available.
