Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Morgan Hill has named Tina De Palma as sales associate specializing in residential sales in Santa Clara County.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, De Palma worked at TNT Transactions, Inc. As a founding partner in the full-service escrow management company, De Palma worked with agents and clients. She credits the development of TNT Transactions, Inc. for helping her establish strong relationships in the real estate community, which she said helps provide important resources for her clients.
De Palma recently completed an intensive training program through Rockwell Institute that emphasized the principles and techniques of real estate.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in liberal studies with a minor in psychology from California State University, Hayward.
