Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has announced that James Eagle, managing broker of the company’s Morgan Hill office, has earned the coveted President’s Council Award for his office’s success in 2006. Eagle has achieved this distinction each consecutive year since being appointed as the office manager.
The President’s Council Award is presented each year to the top 20 percent of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage managers nationwide – making Eagle one of only 182 managers to merit this honor. The award was presented during Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation’s International Business Conference held last month in Las Vegas, Nev. Â
“I am proud to see Jim and his team recognized for their continuing success,” said Joe Brown, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Silicon Valley/Monterey Bay. “Their dedication to providing exceptional real estate service to the Morgan Hill community is evident in this esteemed honor.”
“I am so pleased to have earned this coveted distinction once again,” said Eagle. “It is truly a reflection of our talented real estate team. We work extraordinarily hard for our clients and it is gratifying to be recognized for our success and hard work.”Â
To celebrate his award, Eagle has been extended an invitation to attend the President’s Council Retreat held in late July of this year at the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac in Old Quebec, Canada.
A Bay Area real estate veteran with more than three decades of experience, Eagle is a past secretary and treasurer of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors and has been an active member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, South County Association of Realtors and Santa Clara Association of Realtors since the 1970s. Â
