EDITOR: I have known Councilwoman Hedy Chang for a number of
years and found her to be dedicated to the betterment of the City
of Morgan Hill. Chang has made many contributions, which have
helped our city run more efficiently and enhanced the lives of the
citizens.

I have known Councilwoman Hedy Chang for a number of years and found her to be dedicated to the betterment of the City of Morgan Hill. Chang has made many contributions, which have helped our city run more efficiently and enhanced the lives of the citizens.
Chang has always been accessible when I have wanted to discuss an issue with her or when I have had numerous suggestions that I wanted to make. She has always listened thoughtfully and given careful consideration to my ideas. I have on occasion confided in her and have always felt that I could trust her.
Chang exemplifies numerous qualities that are important for an elected official. She is dedicated, diligent in performing her duties, industrious, thoughtful and readily accessible to the citizens. In addition, she has qualities that I would look for in a friend as well as an elected official. She is honest, loyal, caring and trustworthy. She has served the city diligently and to the best of her ability. I don’t think that the people of Morgan Hill could ask for more.
