Carolee P. Vogel died June 1, 2004, at Hospice House in
Monterey. She was 65.
Carolee P. Vogel died June 1, 2004, at Hospice House in Monterey. She was 65.
Born in Paterson, N.J., on April 10, 1939, she moved to Morgan Hill in 1987 to open ‘‘The Cosmic General Store.’’ She was a former advertising representative for the Morgan Hill Times and Gilroy Dispatch.
In 1998 she rededicated her life to be close to the ocean and mountains she loved in Pacific Grove.
Mrs. Vogel is survived by her sons Jan and Dean Losardo; daughter Gina Losardo; grandchildren Marisa Jr. and Jeremy Paduani and Priscilla Losardo; great-grandchildren Alena, Serena and Leonardo; and friends Eric Reichmuth and Bruce Fodor.
A celebration of her life will be held at noon on Saturday, June 19, at St. Mary’s Church in the Our Lady Chapel, Gilroy.
