The Friends of the Morgan Hill Library will celebrate the beginning of school with a Back-to-School Book Sale on Saturday, Sept. 6. All regularly priced books will be “Buy 1, Get 1 Free”.

This sale of gently-used books will take place in the meeting room of the Library, 17575 Peak Avenue, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Enter either through the library of from the back parking lot.

A preview of the “Buy 1, Get 1 Free” sale will be held tonight, Sept. 5, 7-8:30 p.m. for members of the Friends. New members may join at the door tonight. Refreshments will be provided.

The Friends book sales are held the first Saturday of every month, 10 a.m.– 5 p.m., and the third Wednesday afternoon, 1 p.m.– 6 p.m. Money raised from the sale of used books and tapes goes to support the Library and its activities. Donations of books and tapes in good condition are always needed. Old textbooks, outdated computer books and magazines, however, cannot be used. Please bring donations to the library during regular hours. Details: Beverley Williams, 782-1425.
