Art Laminations Moves Downtown
Brenda Renzulli, owner of Art Laminations, has officially moved her travel photography and laminating business from her home into a new location at 35 W. First St., in downtown Morgan Hill.
Renzulli offers a variety of travel photographs from California to Europe that she enlarges and mounts on hardboard; heat presses a lamination film on top of the photograph and creates a hanging mechanism on the back.
Art Laminations also creates collages from a variety of its photographs and it can enlarge and laminate any photograph. In addition, company laminates children’s art, photographs, posters and prints. It also dry-mounts an artists’ print, such as a giclee reproduction (not originals), before it is framed. Art Laminations also offers note cards and mouse pads, which can be created from a customer’s picture.
Company hours are by appointment at (408) 612-3618 or (408) 858-7718, or if the “open sign” is on, walk-ins are welcome.

Mervyn’s Hosts Shopping Spree
The Mervyn’s store located at 990 Cochrane Road brought some holiday cheer to 25 Morgan Hill children the morning of Dec. 16 with a $100 shopping spree for new clothes, accessories, shoes and a warm coat.
Mervyn’s also offered participants a 15 percent discount on all purchases during the event.
Mervyn’s expanded the program this year to serve more than 5,500 children during the first Mervyn’s companywide Holiday ChildSpree event.Â
The South Bay Alliance organization pre-selected ChildSpree participants. Volunteers from Mervyn’s and South Bay Alliance chaperoned the children during the shopping spree to assist them in making their clothing selections. Santa Claus also joined in the festivities.
