Owner/Operator: Robert Kerr
History: Kerr is an Automotive Service Excellence Certified Master Technician (ASE) with more than 30 years of automotive repair experience and electrical diagnosis on domestic and foreign cars and trucks. He is also a licensed California Smog Technician. Kerr, his wife, and two young children have lived in Morgan Hill for more than 10 years. During that time, he has worked as an automotive technician at several local auto repair shops including Fred’s European, Asian Automotive, George’s Auto Service, and Ponzini’s Community Garage. Kerr opened his own mobile auto repair business five months ago.
Services: Kerr performs a full range of automotive diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and service on foreign and domestic cars and trucks. This includes routine maintenance, tune ups, brakes and shocks, cooling system repair and maintence, water pump and alternator replacement, electrical diagnosis and repair , and parts installation. He specializes in automotive diagnosis and troubleshooting the most challenging of automotive problems. Robert works Monday through Friday and goes to his customer’s location (home or business) in his mobile auto repair shop thus saving his customers time and money. Service areas include Morgan Hill, San Martin, and Gilroy. Robert stands behind all his work and offers free consultation.
Philosophy: “I take great pride in my work and my number one goal is a happy customer. I perform quality automotive repair at a reasonable price and I do it with honesty, integrity, and professionalism. When a car breaks down or is in need of service, it is never seems to happen at a good time.
“By offering mobile automotive repair, I am able to service or repair a customers car on-site and at a time that is most convenient for my customers. In addition, if a car needs a smog check or more extensive service, he offers pick up, delivery, and referral.”
