Endwave Corporation (NASDAQ: ENWV), a leading provider of radio frequency (RF) subsystems for carrier-class cellular infrastructure, broadband wireless networks, homeland security and defense applications, announced the hiring of James R. Crossen as Vice President and General Counsel. He is tasked with supporting the company’s growth in commercial and government end-use product lines and programs, as well as assisting across a variety of corporate compliance requirements.
Mr. Crossen comes to Endwave after nearly five years as Senior Counsel at APX Incorporated of Santa Clara, a private Internet commerce company in the wholesale energy sector. Prior to APX, he spent 17 years at ESL Incorporated, a subsidiary of TRW’s Space and Defense Group now owned by Northrop-Grumman. While there, Crossen excelled at a variety of contract management, project management, and Total Quality management assignments. Concurrently, he is a Senior Faculty Member (Law) at the University of Phoenix, and a retired Captain in the U.S. Navy Reserve. A San Francisco Bay Area native, Mr. Crossen earned a B.A. with honors from the University of California, Berkeley and a J.D. from Santa Clara University Law School.

New sales associate
at Coldwell Banker
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Silicon Valley is pleased to welcome Rafael Rangel as the newest sales associate to join its Morgan Hill office.
In his new position, Rangel will specialize in residential sales in Hollister, Salinas, Watsonville and South County.
