Sean Goodall’s two-run single scored Brennan O’Shea and Steven Zanders in the top of the 10th inning, and Michael Slifer pitched a scoreless bottom half to lift Ohlone College’s baseball team to a 5-3 win at Gavilan on Tuesday.

Gavilan had tied the game, 3-3 when Gilbert Gonzalez’s sacrifice fly plated D.J. Santellano in the bottom of the ninth.

Connor Sutton also had an RBI for the Rams, who dropped to 13-11 overall and 6-6 in the Coast Conference. Adam Kocina (two runs) and Kenny Hall each had two hits for the Rams, and Danny Gutierrez doubled and drew a walk.

Gavilan starter Gabe Katich went eight innings, allowing two runs (one earned) on eight hits and three walks with seven strikeouts.
