Adam, who turned 17 in Sept., officially withdrew from Live Oak yesterday at 8am.

The 6’2″ Vancouver born soccer star played clu soccer for the Orchard Valley Youth Soccer League Pumas from 1997-2005 under coach Ricardo Martinez before joining De Anza Force 90 Blue under coach Chris Dangerfield in 2006.

In 2003 Adam played for the Martin Murphy MS, and was the Santa Clara County 800-meter champion.

Adam was starting forward on the Live Oak Tri-County Athletic League Championship team as a freshman in 2004-05, and was named TCAL Co-Freshman of the Year. His skillful play also earned him a spot on the Tri-County Athletic League Selects team.

As a sophomore Adam was starting center defender on the Live Oak 2005-06 TCAL Championship team.

In March 2006 Adam played center defender for the Canadian National Team where he had the opportunity to play against other national teams including Norther Ireland and the Czech Republic in the Ballymena Tournament in N. Ireland.

Since his high school career began Adam has been selected to regional Olympic Development teams.

In May 2004 he played center defender on on the California North – District II ODP team.

In March 2005 he went even farther making the NorCal ODP State Team, again as center defender.

In 2006 Adam missed the ODP regional Regional IV try-out due to injury.
