Working with the Unified Narcotic Enforcement Team, the Morgan Hill Police seized methamphetamine valued at $32,000 and arrested three residents after serving two search warrants early Saturday.
Police entered two nearby apartments simultaneously at 6:30 a.m. on Aug. 23.

Adrian Gamino, 23, and his wife Lydia Gamino, 23, both of 16865-A Barnell Ave., were booked at the Santa Clara County Jail on charges possession of a controlled substance, child endangerment, possession of a firearm during a felony and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Adrian was also booked for parole violation and possession of a firearm by a felon.
In the second apartment, 16715 Barnell, Apt. 3, , Barbara Aviles, 44, of Morgan Hill, was booked into County Jail for possession of a controlled substance, child endangerment, under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
At the Gaminos’ apartment, officers found one pound of methamphetamine, worth about $32,000, and a quarter-pound of marijuana, worth $1,000. They also seized stolen property, including several unregistered pistols, and drug paraphernalia.
At Aviles’s apartment authorities said two grams of meth and packaging material were seized.
According to Lt. Joe Sampson of the Morgan Hill Police Department, one child was taken into protective custody and Child Protective Services were called. Sampson said adults in both apartments would be charged with child endangerment even though there was only one child in one apartment.
Sampson said the investigation is on going.
