The designation is given to the most successful Coldwell Banker offices out of 3,500 offices in 45 countries worldwide based on total profit, return on revenue and mortgage usage categories.

In addition to receiving the President’s Council award, Eagle also recently attended a retreat for Coldwell Banker President’s Council managers at the Fairmont Banff Springs in Banff, located in Alberta, Canada.
A 33-year Bay Area real estate veteran, Eagle has been with Coldwell Banker for 10 years and earned the coveted President’s Council distinction during his first year of eligibility as a manager. Eagle resides in Morgan Hill with his wife Polly, a broker associate in Coldwell Banker’s Morgan Hill office.
