Trespassing: Two males entered the Live Oak High theater without paying during a dance performance. They used foul language when staff members tried to talk to them, then they left through the parking lot, jumping over the fence. The report was taken on May 29 at 7:33 p.m.

Vandalism: A resident of the Madrone Mobile Estates reported someone vandalized her husband’s car. The report was taken on May 29 at 11:11 p.m.

• A resident of Leptis Circle reported someone smashed the rear window of the resident’s Chevy Cavalier. the report was taken at 8:48 a.m. on May 30.

• A Morgan Hill resident reported someone came on his property on West Dunne Avenue and damaged the landscaping. The report was taken on May 30 at 7:14 a.m.

Embezzlement: Someone from Sierra BioSource reported a bookkeeper for the company issued duplicate checks to herself, resulting in a loss estimated to be between $9,000 to $14,000. The report was taken on May 23 at 11:35 a.m.

Petty theft: A business in the 15100 block of Monterey Road reported someone had been tampering with their locked cabinet, and 63 checks have been taken. The business has put a stop on those checks and none have been cashed. The report was taken at 1:13 p.m.. on May 19.
