San Jose – The Live Oak girls cross country team stayed undefeated by grabbing the top three spots in its meet against Andrew Hill and earning a 25-31 victory Monday at Montgomery Park.

Olivia Duran led the way for Live Oak (3-0), with her time of 21:44 putting her third overall among the eight teams running.

Pauline Olsen moved up two spots from the seventh place she took in last week’s meet to finish fifth with a time of 21:52. That time was 1:01 better than her run from the previous week.

Acorns coach Dean Raymond was particularly proud of the effort of Renee Dominguez. Dominguez shaved 1:06 off her time from last week to take 12th overall and beat out the top finisher from Andrew Hill, which automatically gave Live Oak the win.
