Park Improvements: The council may award a construction contract for Community Park improvements, including reconstruction of existing and new tennis courts, plus new rest room buildings, a picnic pavilion and some other minor improvements. Council will also review water rates to determine whether a 2 percent increase in general rates should go into effect on Jan. 1, 2007, and whether the perchlorate surcharge should continue.

Bicycle Review: Committee will review bike parking at the Taste of Morgan Hill and discuss the Bike Ways Master Plan, which was adopted in 2001 to list all bike lanes in the city and recommend projects to promote bicycling.
