History: Heritage Bank of Commerce opened for business in 1994. The Morgan Hill office opened in 2000. Bank is headquartered in downtown San Jose and also has offices in Danville, Fremont, Gilroy, Los Altos, Los Gatos and Mountain View.
Heritage Commerce Corp., a bank holding company established in February 1998, is the parent company of Heritage Bank of Commerce. Heritage Bank of Commerce is also an SBA preferred lender, operating from offices in San Jose, Fresno, Santa Cruz, Watsonville, Pittsburg and Fremont, California.
