Corporation officials last week for groundbreaking ceremonies for
Royal Court Homes, the city’s newest affordable single-family home
development.
City, county, and bank officials joined South County Housing Corporation officials last week for groundbreaking ceremonies for Royal Court Homes, the city’s newest affordable single-family home development. Eleven single-family homes will sell to low and moderate income families for prices ranging from $350,000 to $430,000. One home model will sell at market rates, in the $600,000s.  The homes are expected to be occupied in August 2006.
