Intero Real Estate Services, with offices in Morgan Hill, has promoted one of its top performing agents, Bonnie Wilson, to vice president of education.

Wilson, a veteran in real estate, has been a top-producing agent in the Bay Area for more than 20 years and has been among the top 5 percent of agents in the country during her tenure as an agent/broker. She was among the first agents to join Intero when the company was founded in 2003, and has been an influential voice in the development of Intero’s industry-leading education and training program, Provizio.

Provizio was created by Intero’s leadership to give its agents the opportunity to interact with and learn from experienced, top producers in the industry. The program is dedicated to coaching, developing and training the best agents in real estate.

In her new position, Wilson will work with Intero executives to lead the development of programs, education and training. Prior to joining Intero, Wilson was among Alain Pinel’s most successful agents. She also owned and managed her own brokerage and spent many years in the classroom as a teacher. Wilson also serves as the chief financial officer of the Intero Foundation, the charitable arm of Intero Real Estate Services and the main channel through which Intero agents and employees give back to their community.

Gino Blefari, founder, president & CEO of Intero said about Wilson’s promotion, “We take pride in Provizio being the best training program in real estate. Bonnie’s impeccable credentials as a teacher and real estate professional will help ensure that it remains the gold standard for our industry.”
