The Wildlife Education & Rehabilitation Center’s 17th annual BBQ-Auction Fundraiser will be held Saturday, October 20 from noon-3:00 PM (lunch served 1:00-2:00) at the Morgan Hill Buddhist Community Center (indoors), 6450 Murphy Ave., Morgan Hill.
Have fun AND help us save wildlife! Delicious BBQ with all the trimmings; wine, beer, soda included. A few of the exciting items being offered at the live and silent auctions: One-week stay at a deluxe Tahoe condo (dates available: April 5-12 or May 3-10 or May 31-June 7, 2013), Specialized bicycle, beautiful original artwork and jewelry, raptor handling lessons, and fantastic gift baskets galore. W.E.R.C.’s educational animal team (hawk, owls, falcons, turkey vulture, and woodpecker) will be making a personal appearance so you can meet them up close. There will be fun activities for all, plus unusual raffle prizes.
