Mary passed away peacefully with family in attendance. She had a period of convelescence in Salt Lake City, UT when she passed away.
She was born in Portland, OR and spent her childhood through high school in Dunsmuir, CA.
After graduating from San Jose State University, she had a life-long career as a social worker and supervisor in State of California.
She lived in Santa Cruz, San Jose, Gilroy and finally retiring in Morgan Hill, CA.
She was married to David Tufts until he passed away in 1988.
She will be remembered by sons Daigh and Martin Tufts, her sister Elizabeth Bruckner and husband Rolf, her brother, Robert Daw and his wife Dorothy, grandchildren Joshua, Matthew, Margaret and Spencer Tufts. She will be missed by her nephews, nieces and their children and grandchildren as well as many close friends.
She will be missed, but not forgotten.
