An 8-foot-tall Captain Morgan statue was stolen from the patio
area of Poppy’s Fish and Poultry Market, a downtown restaurant. In
this surveillance video, one male can be seen scoping out the area.
Then, about 30 seconds later, the male returns with two other males
and haul away the statue.
