’s competition at the Central Coast Wrestling Meet preliminaries
on Friday. League champion Hondo Dominguez (119) advanced in the
consolation bracket after losing his opening match, while Jason
Hendersen (125) advanced to the quarterfinals after a first-round
bye and a second-round pin.

LO’s Eddie Mendoza (112) was eliminated from the competition.
Acorns Jon Redmond (171), Sean Simonsen (189), Mitch Haaser (152), and Brett Jones (145) were all scheduled to compete Friday night.
