Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Morgan Hill has hired Joy Taylan as its newest sales associate. In her new position, Taylan will specialize in residential sales in Santa Clara, Santa Cruz and Monterey counties.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Taylan worked at Washington Mutual Bank as an assistant manager in Monterey and Santa Cruz counties. Her responsibilities included staff mentoring, loan processing, sales and customer service.
She recently completed an intensive training program through Anthony Schools, which emphasized the principles and techniques of real estate.
Taylan earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz and her associate degree from Hartnell Community College in Salinas.
