games in a row last week due to miscommunications between athletic
directors and coaches.
To the amazement of head coach Rodney Tabares, the Sobrato Bulldogs girls varsity basketball team was forced to cancel three games in a row last week due to miscommunications between athletic directors and coaches.
The Bulldogs did not play games scheduled against Oak Grove, Woodside Priory and Downtown College Prep. All three schools had issues with their schedules according to Tabares.
Tabares discovered the scheduling conflicts when calling all the teams the Bulldogs are scheduled to play before January because he had a feeling games would be cancelled.
He sent an e-mail to parents apologizing for the inconvenience and explained how and why the miscommunication occured.
Sobrato returned to action yesterday at home against Fremont Christian as scheduledÂ
