Baseball: Quadros, Acorns shut out Silver Creek

Kyle Quadros pitched a four-hit shutout to lead Live Oak High’s baseball team to a 3-0 home win over Silver Creek on Tuesday.

John Forestieri doubled and drove in two runs for the Acorns, who improved to 5-8 overall. Jalen Salazar tripled and knocked in the other run for Live Oak, which scored two runs in the bottom of the fifth inning to take a 3-0 lead.
