Tyler Patrick Larsen, 36, 3:55 p.m. Oct. 5 on Luchessa Avenue at Chestnut Avenue in Gilroy, for possession of a controlled substance.
Keith Douglas Vergano, 64, 12:39 a.m. Oct. 6 on Monterey Road at Blanchard Road in San Jose, for possession of a controlled substance. Vergano was in possession of 8.1 grams of methamphetamine.
Cheryl Ann Babb, 44, noon Oct. 6 on Third Street at Santa Teresa Boulevard in Gilroy, for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Jerry Mungaray, 33, 5:52 p.m. Oct. 7 on Pacheco Pass Highway at Holsclaw Road in Gilroy, for possession of a controlled substance and violation of probation.

Corrine Rose Katavich, 22, 1:38 a.m. Oct. 6 on Highway 101 at Cochrane Road in Morgan Hill, for driving under the influence. 
Residential burglary
An unknown suspect(s), between 5 p.m. Oct. 4 and 10:30 a.m. Oct. 5 on the 13000 block of Llagas Avenue in San Martin, stole a chainsaw and typewriter from a resident. Items were valued at $385.
Grand theft
An unknown suspect(s), 1 p.m. Oct. 4 on Bartlett Avenue at Middle Avenue in Morgan Hill, took various garden equipment from the rear of a vehicle. Items were estimated at $1,325.
Burglary
An unknown suspect(s), 6:20 a.m. Oct. 4 on the 100 block of North Depot Street in San Martin, stole $5,000 worth of property from an equipment shed.
Vandalism
An unknown suspect(s), between noon Sept. 20 and 7:30 p.m. Oct. 2 on the 1000 block of San Martin Avenue in San Martin, vandalized a deep water pump in a pasture, causing damage of more than $3,000.
Vandalism
An unknown suspect(s), between 4 p.m. Oct. 8 and 4 p.m. Oct. 9 on Liberata Drive at East Main Avenue in Morgan Hill, knocked over a fence, causing $336 worth of damage.
