Burglary: Realty World on Monterey Road was broken into overnight. A window was shattered. The report was taken at 10:48am.
Petty theft: A resident of East Dunne Avenue reported her son’s bike was stolen from in front of their apartment in the morning. The report was taken at 3:38pm.

Grand theft: Someone broke into a construction trailer on the site of the Centennial Recreation Center on West Edmundson Avenue and stole copper pipe and a plasma cutter. The report was taken at 7:48am.
Threats: A resident of Katybeth Way reported a man was following her, and she was afraid to go home. She told police she was in the park playing with her dog and the male told her not to bring her dog to the park. She reported the man saying, “Don’t bring your dog around here or I will kill your dog.” The report was taken at 9:39am. The man called police at 9:34am and told them that the woman had threatened to turn her pit bull loose on him because he told her to put it on a leash when she was letting it run loose in the park. He told police he followed her in his vehicle.
Vandalism: Paradise Valley Elementary School on La Crosse Drive reported graffiti “all over the school.” the report was taken at 9:44am.
Battery: A Morgan Hill resident reported his child was beaten up at Britton Middle School. The report was taken at 11:44am.
Identity theft: A resident of Aspen Way reported someone used her Social Security number to open a phone account. The address listed on the account, she told police, is the address of her boyfriend’s ex-girlfriend. The report was taken at 2:19pm.
Petty theft: A Sobrato High student reported their phone was stolen while at school. The report was taken at 4:42pm.
Petty theft: A Morgan Hill resident reported his wallet was stolen while he was at the Jack in the Box restaurant on Monterey Road. The report was taken at 4:46pm.

Stolen vehicle: A resident of Via Loma reported a family friend who was installing speakers in the van took the van without permission. The report was taken at 9:56am.
Petty theft: Safeway grocery store in Tennant Station shopping center reported three males took a shopping cart full of alcohol from the store. The report was taken at 6pm.
June 1
Stolen vehicle: A resident of Cory Lane reported his friend took his vehicle without his permission. The report was taken at 1:11pm.
Grand theft: A business on Butterfield Boulevard reported a notebook computer was stolen from his business a week ago. He told police the computer contains high tech confidential information and is valued at $3,000. The report was taken at 1:26pm.
Petty theft: A Live Oak High student reported a cell phone was stolen from their backpack while at school. The report was taken at 2:32pm.
Fraud: Valero gas station on Monterey Road reported a counterfeit $100 bill was received from a customer. The report was taken at 3:43pm.
Threats: The principal of Paradise Valley Elementary School on La Crosse Drive received a threatening letter at the school. The school has been having problems with graffiti, and the letter mentioned the graffiti. The report was taken at 6:41pm.
Stolen vehicle: A locked Toyota Camry was stolen from the parking lot of the Marie Callender’s restaurant on Sutter Boulevard. The report was taken at 9:29pm.
June 2
Vandalism: Paradise Valley School on La Crosse Drive reported someone wrote negative things about the principal on the school’s play structure overnight. The report was taken at 8:11am.
Fraud: A guest at the Executive Inn Suites on Condit Road reported someone used his credit card number at several locations in Morgan Hill for charges totaling more than $3,000 on April 28, 29 and 30. The report was taken at 11:13am.
