Sept. 18

Auto burglary

• La Casitas Apartments, Barnell Avenue, 1:47pm. A resident reported someone broke into their Dodge Neon and stole the stereo.

Petty theft

• Safeway grocery store, Tennant Station shopping center, 3:05pm. A male suspect walked out of the store with a shopping cart full of wine.

• dd’s Discounts, Monterey Road, 6:32pm. A resident reported someone stole a side mirror from his pickup on Sept. 14 while the truck was parked in the shopping center parking lot.

Sept. 19

Burglary

• Diana Avenue, 1:56pm. A resident reported she came home and found someone had broken into the house. A PlayStation was stolen, but it was unclear if other items were stolen.

Domestic violence

• Morgan Hill Liquors, Monterey Road, 4:22pm. A resident reported she was at the store when her live-in boyfriend came up to her and yanked the chains from her neck, pulled her earrings off, scratched her and kicked her car. She told police he also tried to take money from her, but didn’t get any. She was concerned he would return to the residence and harm her mother.

Auto burglary

• Keystone Avenue, 6:49pm. A resident reported someone broke into a GMC Sierra and stole the stereo and speakers.

• A 15-year-old, Aug. 31, midnight in Tennant Station shopping center, for alleged commercial burglary.

• A 15-year-old, Aug. 31, 11:42pm on Cosmo Avenue, for allegedly giving false identification to a peace officer.

• Dustin Murray, 24, Sept. 1, 10:47pm on Monterey Road, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

• Raul G. Avila, 26, Sept. 6, 9:01pm on Cochrane Road, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

• A 13-year-old, Sept. 7, 10:29pm at Tennant Station shopping center, for allegedly fighting in public.

• Daniel H. Gomez, 19, Sept. 8, 8:53am on Cochrane Road, for alleged embezzlement.

• Leticia Hall, 27, Sept. 14, 4:35pm on East Dunne Avenue, for alleged possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture.
